Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund at your preference.

General Returns Because our products are sold as new with original packaging, we accept returns on unopened, unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items Opened or worn items cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons.
